Returns
Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, earrings and certain accessories cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
